I love having my girls a bit older these days.
It makes going to the store, zoo, out to eat and just about every where easier.

Don't get me wrong. I would take a trip to the store by myself any day over having to take the girls.

How about you? Do you feel like the kids are easier to tote around?

Even better is when the oldest gets old enough to babysit for a bit and DH and I can get out by ourselves!!!

We've been doing that a little bit recently now that Bailey is just about 11 for short amounts of time and it's so lovely! We can drive to town and have an ice cream or something and be back in an hour.

Of course, that will all go away once the baby comes. But yes, in general, once the kids are older than 3, going out is SO much easier!

It's a bit tough with the baby. Toting around the diaper bag is a giant pain and going out around nap times. He's a very easy baby though. He's great in restaurants and stores. Once he starts getting tired its down hill quick. Ethan is a breeze to take out.
Thank you Claire1979!

The girls are 4.5 and 6 so VERY easy to take out, yes Zero problems! Sebastian we have to take out around naps, but aside from that, he's so chill... Not a difficult baby.

It definitely gets easier and easier each year. I feel like there are gradually more options too - we can go to a zoo, nature center, bookstore, amusement area, whatever and she's interested and enjoys herself.
Thanks to Kiliki for my super cute siggy!
