Hi ladies! I miss you all! With everything going on I don't have time to really post ANYWHERE, including the playroom I co-host! I feel so bad!!

Parker is still breathing funny. About 84bpm. He has JUST started coughing up a storm, but is as happy as can be and eating more.
He finished his last breathing treatment this morning and hasn't eaten all that much since which is a bit concerning to me but we did have a very hectic day.
LONG story there, but we are VERY behind in bills.. our water got cut off this past week and I had to clean out my savings to have it turned back on
Just SO much stressful crap.. I am PRAYING that our tax return is hefty so that we can FINALLY catch up and I won't be so stressed out about feeding my family.

Parker's next follow up is Monday- though I don't see much change to be honest. I don't know what's going to happen.. if his breathing is no different.. I think that will mean MORE intense testing to find out the root cause. My poor baby!
My MIL is seriously pissing me off, asking me all kinds of questions as if I didn't think of them in the first place (I have always had an issue with her though, so maybe it's just the fact that SHE is pushing the issue).
"Oh could it be ASTHMA?"
you think I didn't think of that?? the doctor already ruled it out. If it were asthma, his 02 levels would most likely be low, and the nebulizer treatments would make an immediate difference in his breathing rate. His 02 levels are always perfect and the neb. makes no difference in his breathing.
SO ready for my baby to be ok, to have some definitive answers! I consulted a specialist and she said it sounds like a viral infection, that she's had many patients that exhibited NO symptoms other than fast breathing. Just to keep an eye on it.. so that's just what we've been doing.
We'll see what happens Monday I guess!

Want to share a few pics, hope you don't mind! Seriously, you would NEVER know he was sick if I didn't tell you!

this one cracks me up!

I hope you are all doing VERY WELL! Hopefully my little guy gets the all clear on Monday and I can stop stressing and start "fun posting" again!

Glad to see your update! I'm sorry Parker's breathing is still so rapid. Maybe he has RSV? Cohen was just on nebulizer treatments and since he wasn't responding to them the doctor was convinced that's what he had. She said RSV doesn't respond to treatments. He has shots of steroids, antibiotics, the nebulizer treatments, and inhaler and nothing worked. He just had to ride it out. I hope your tax return is a big one too!

I've been thinking about you and Parker every day. I'm glad he's happy, hopefully they can figure out what's causing his fast breathing. Let us know what you find out tomorrow!
