So mister Evan has decided to not eat lately. He has been eating table foods for a month or better and the last few days he hasnt been eating alot. He seems more interested in is formula than food. I am not denying him formula because if he isnt eating he needs to get nutrients someplace.
I am thinking this is a phase that he is going thru.

It worries me only because he is already a bottle dependant baby, and I know the 12 month mark is moving up fast. I dont know how I am going to break him of the bottle the way he was before, and now he is attached to it.

Are your babies doing this or have they done this?

Paige has definitely gone through stages of eating more then less....she's only been really eating for about 2 months now, but she definitely slowed down the food intake just before her teeth came through (i didn't realize it at the time, but quickly discovered that was probably the cause).

I have read that it is normal for them to go through this type of phase, i wouldn't be too concerned unless you find that he's starting to drop weight.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my siggie!

Maybe he is getting some new teeth or (I sure hope not) maybe is getting sick. Or he could just be looking for a little bit more comfort and he gets that from the sucking on the bottle.

Lil Jimmy was very attached to his bottle...We weren't going to force him to give it up but one day he was just done with it...he was around 14 months. I say don't worry about the bottle thing until the time comes...he may need it a little longer then what you planned but he isn't going to need it forever.
