If I lay on my right side, within minutes I have this terrible burning sensation under my rib cage and if I press on it, it hurts worse? Has anyone else experienced this? Also if I am up and active for an extended period of time I have this awful pain above my belly button to the left, it's so hard to explain how it feels, but it almost feels tender to the touch and hurts worse when I put any pressure on the area, it's in the same exact place every time. Any ideas?

For the rib part it could be your baby up against them, I know for me at least baby has a tendency to push his feet up into my ribs and it just plain hurts and does have a bunring like sensation to it. But it is always best to bring it up to your doctor because it could be something totally different then what i just said goes on for me. Also for the belly thing again could be baby just pushing out but bring it up with your OB.

I've brought it up a couple of times to my midwife and she doesn't seem to be concerned...but doesn't offer much of an explanation either? I was just curious as to whether or not anyone else experienced anything similar?

Currently TTC the final piece to our puzzle.

You don't have to ask, yes we know what causes it, and since you're asking and dont, google might be a nice place to start.
