I don't know what's going on these past couple weeks. I'm starving 24/7. Insatiable. If I don't eat I get shaky and sick. I even wake up in the middle of the night hungry.

So I had a doctors appointment today and I gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Can't say I was suprised. I'm so freaking screwed because I'm so hungry.

Ugh.. Tomorrow I have to head to the grocery store and stock up on low calorie filler foods.

Anyone else with me?

I am! I havnt gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks, but ive been gaining about 2 a week.. I could eat and eat and eat.. I had a ham/cheese melt sandwich for lunch..was still hungry, so I tried to eat a nectarine..was still hungry, so I ate some chips.. was still hungry LOL.. and I wake up in the middle of the night and/or early in the morning hungry too..

It could be a growth spurt for you.

Remember, proteine are fillers.. so try to eat things that are high in it.. Eggs, nuts, etc.

I have been feeling the same way lately.. It helps when I get lots of protein. It seems to stick longer.
