this is long overdue, this summer has been way too busy.

I won't go over what I ate this weekend since we had a family get together at the lake.

tonight I had:
a hot dog, going to have grilled chicken but the grill broke, so boiled hot dog it was
pasta salad with olive oil and tomatoes and green onions
sauteed zucchini and summer squash.
1 slice of sara lee 45 calorie bread.

any pasta dishes I always use barilla plus pasta- it has more protein and fiber like wheat without the icky texture.

Breakfast: kashi go lean crunch

snack: I had half a cookie at work today

Lunch: leftover pasta salad, ham and turkey sandwich, leftover zucchini and squash

snack: peach and yogurt

Dinner: turkey bacon ranch sandwich- deli turkey, turkey bacon and cheese with light ranch on 45 cal bread
asian medley steamfresh veggies

Dessert: carmel corn rice cake and probably a cup of coffee in a minute or two

I don't eat bread very often, or pasta, but I'm definitely going to look into Sara Lee and the Barilla plus pasta. Sounds like a good source of fiber!

Breakfast: plain white bagel and cream cheese, I normally would make it light cream cheese and a wheat bagel but DH did the shopping.

snack: I was home without baby all day cleaning and so I munched nonstop
I ate probably half a can of fat free pringles and 2 granola bars.

Lunch: lean cuisine pizza

Snack: yogurt

Dinner: spaghetti

I probably could have drank more water today and definately more veggies and fruit. I made green beans with dinner but I scorched them while playing with delaney. whoops.
