I don't like it. I see Sterling more as a boy's name, not that I like it for a boy either. Diane is too old-fashioned for me but not in a good way. Diana is better.

I dont like it either. When i think of Sterling, i think of a little boy i used to know...so the name association is bad. Diane sounds like a lady in her 60s.
