4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces.
1 egg
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp each salt and pepper
2 sticks of butter
angel hair pasta
Lemon juice to taste (I use about 2 Tbsp)

Heat 1 stick of butter in pan over medium high heat. Whisk the egg in one bowl. In another bowl, combine the bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg and then into the bread crumb mixture and place in the pan.

Let the chicken cook until well browned (you will have to toss several times to cook all sides evenly).

Lower heat to medium, and add another stick of butter and lemon juice. While this is simmering, cook the angel hair pasta.

Serve chicken over the angel hair.

Yay! Definitely play around with the garlic/lemon ratio. I like mine really lemony.
