Breakfast: A bowl of Bran Flakes with a handfull of blueberries and milk and a glass of Five Alive citrus with it.

Snacks: I have been snacking on almonds and grapes and have had half a cup of coffee.

Lunch: Will be a ham sandwich, with a bowl of homemade brocolli soup

Afternoon snack: Carrots and more grapes and almonds

Dinner: I do not know yet.

Water throughout the day of course.

Weight gain as of Wednesday was 22 lbs, and my OB was pleased with that as I am on target for what they recommend AND my size and Ava's size are measuring average/on target as well.

My big little monkey Ava.

Breakfast: Nothing, I had to go in for my GD test

Snack: Bacon Egg and Gouda sandwich from Starbucks plus a vanilla latte

Lunch: A homemade soft taco and a pear with a handful of chocolate chips for dessert

Snack: No idea

Dinner: No idea, but my DH won't be home so it will be low-key

Oh, and I'm up 20 lbs.

Mel, I am up 25 so far.

Today: Breakfast: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese, 5 strawberries, and 3/4 of a 6 oz container of peach yogurt.

No lunch.

Dinner, home made steak fajitas with fat free sour cream and 50 calories of guacamole.

-on the way home from work- Taco bell 2 soft tacos with no lettuce and a small pepsi

and I've eaten an apple since then

I have no clue what I'm having for dinner!

Breakfast: only coffee today, I usually have oatmeal too

Lunch(it was at 10:30 so that could kind of be considered breakfast still LOL):

egg sandwich, a banana, and a peanut butter chocolate chip granola bar

Snack: chocolate chip waffles- YUM!!! and then a couple of hours later I had some goldfish with my kids while we watched the movie Tangled

Dinner: tacos

Now I'm going to have AT LEAST one orange because they are my recent obsession and probably a peach yogurt

I also drink a ton of water during the day, I basically live in the bathroom peeing LOL

I have gained 22-23 pounds so far
