Korean Salad

1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 head of lettuce, cut up
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 slices of crisp fried bacon, crumbled
2 cups bean sprouts (chilled)

Mix above ingredients all together in large bowl.


1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup ketchup
3/4 to 1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar

Blend all ingredients together and mix with salad. (dressing is better if made the night before and refrigerated)

**This is seriously my favorite salad!**
