I feel like this constant hunger of mine due to nursing is making this tough! I need to go to the store and stock up on low calorie snacks and some fruit and veggies to munch on.

Anyone else dealing with this? FF Mama's too, taking care of a baby is a lot of work that is bound to make you hungry!

I too am facing the same issue. I am starving after today. I need to start figuring out how to space out the food I have to eat for my calorie count.

Im only pumping a few times a day, and the rest is formula, but even i am starving! I find im extra hungry in the evenings, the rest of the day is normal but in the evenings i seem to be starving and just cant stop eating! Im trying to make healthy choices...but sometimes at the end of the day, i just dont have the willpower, i cant say no to the sweets!

I am constantly hungry. I devoured an entire box of Cheez-Its in one sitting without even realizing it! I have now stocked up on fruits--especially the pre-sliced grapefruit from Costco and pineapple.

I am trying to pack as much fiber and protein into my diet as possible so that I can stay full on minimal calories. I've been eating lots of Go Lean cereal, greek yogurt, and fruits and veggies. As long as I eat only healthy and NO junk I am able to stay full enough on 1800-200 calories.

I am starving and exhausted. That is my biggest obstacle to diet and exercise. I am finally eating healthier this week, but honestly I am still hungry even with a lot of protein and fiber. I know it will get easier because I have always had to feel hunger pains to lose weight, but once I get to my ideal weight I don't feel hungry even though I might eat the same calories. I am nursing exclusively plus trying to pump to build up an extra supply. Seems like the weight should just fall off, doesn't it?

Yes! This has been my #1 struggle everytime. I'm always starving have more cravings when I'm nursing than when I'm pregnant.
