I hope it's ok I posted this today, Sharon! =)

Breakfast: Two free range eggs with a dash of salt and pepper.

Snack: 1 cup of cantaloupe and honeydew melon. 1 tsp of natural peanutbutter.

Exercise: 20 minutes of zumba.

Lunch: 1 cup brown rice and 1 cup of raw diced peppers. 1 tsp. pesto.

Snack: Here's where it went down hill. A couple of mini twixes and two small flourless peanut butter cookies.

Supper: 2 homemade lean all meat sausages, 1 cup baby carrots, 1 cup of brown rice.

It's great! I've not been posting it because it doesn't seem like people are using it.

Breakfast: Fiber One bar, skim milk

Lunch: 1 pb&j and 1 turkey and cheese (low fat) sandwiches...both on Weight Watches whole wheat bread, water

snack: watermelon

Dinner: 1 grilled cheese sandwich on Weight Watchers Whole Wheat bread, part of Finn's sandwich, and a bowl of chicken and dumpling soup.

Today wasn't a good day for my diet...actually last week was pretty bad as well. I ate a couple Reeses cups today. And I really need to start using this thread even if it is just me some of the time. I do better about my eating when I know I have to write down what I ate. lol

Yeah...I had forgotten this thread was in a special forum...I feel guilty eating bad stuff when I know I have to tell you all! lol
