I did it once. It was fall of 2010. I was trying to lose weight before my husband came home from deployment. He'd been gone for 2 years and I wanted to be skinny again. I had done weight watchers, and had lost a good amount of weight, so I only had about 25 to loose. I did the 6 week program using the shots. It worked very well. I lost 20 pounds really quickly, and I was never hungry. Temptation was a big problem, though. It takes a lot of mental will power to stay on the diet, just because you WANT other food. Not because you're hungry. I would do it again, but I can't until I'm no longer breastfeeding. And if history repeats, that wont be until Jocelyn is almost 2 years old. So, I'll probably do WW and exercise again. If I still haven't lost the weight by then, I'll likely do it again.

Feel free to ask me any questions you have.

I heard that it works well. I haven't tried it. A woman I met said her husband lost about 65lbs really quickly. Sounds too good to be true!

My MIL did it, it worked well for her. She had coworkers that went on it with her so they could all support each other through it.
