Anyone's LO still not saying mama or dada? Logan randomly says dada, and on occasion mama. I'm pretty sure he doesn't know what it means. The only thing he "says" with meaning is milk. And he does the sign for that. I need to bring it up to my pedi, but I just wanted to see if we were the only ones.

Michael does say mama and dada - and he knows what dada means... and he argues with me if I tell him to say mama - he will say dada instead... he doesn't use mama consistently when he sees me like he does with dada...

Those are the only words he is saying at this point though. Not worried about it though - I have a friend at work whose one kid didn't say anything (hardly) until 2 - and he is doing just fine now at 3.

Beth jabbers and is starting to try to repeat us sometimes but she isn't saying mama or dada with meaning yet. She knows what the word bath and a few more means. She'll say something and it will sound just like a word and we try to get her to say it again and she won't, little stinker.

Britney says Mama and dadda but I don't think she knows it's associated with me or my hubby. She says da for our dog and ca for our cat. Nice to know that she recognizes the important ones in our house :-)

Zachary knows Dada, bye, and hi. He also calls me mama when he wants to get my attention or for me to hold him, but he calls me "baba"when he wants to nurse.

He says buba a lot too, but I am not 100% sure if that is referring to Issac or not.

Natalie says dada all the time and clearly associates it with DH. She has said mama a couple of times but it's more sounds in a string of babble than a word and it's not really directed at me. She says cat and she calls my sister, Sarah, rahrah. The words all started while we were on vacation so about a month ago.
