which room would you choose?

I would probably choose my kitchen. I'd really like to see my bedroom look a little nicer but the kitchen would cost more to do and so that would be the one I would pick. There's nothing really wrong with it but it's just a little outdated and we don't really have nice counter tops or appliances. I'd love it if we could get a remodel of our kitchen.

That's a tough one. Our place is only ten years old, and the dishwasher and fridge are only a year old. The cabinets are in great shape and look fantastic after I painted them when we moved in.

I guess that would leave our master bathroom. I'd like to update the fixtures in all three bathrooms actually, and put in new sinks/counter tops in two of them. Since we can do all of it ourselves it's actually not too expensive. Tubs and surrounds are fine too so....not too much here that needs renovations.

That's tough, all the rooms in my house need a complete make-over. I guess I would choose our living room, because that's the room we spend the most time in.

Can't wait to meet our new baby GIRL!

Tough question. I would pick our master bathroom though. There's nothing huge wrong with it, but I would like new sinks & light fixtures. Also, not a black toilet! (we're renting....I did not choose this!). Also, the bathtub is deep and the sides are super high, you almost need steps to get into it. I would definitely want to change that.

I wish someone would give me money to remodel a room!

It would be a choice between our kitchen or bathroom....

I'd probably go with the kitchen as it's a bigger expense. Our bathroom still has paint samples on the wall from summer 2010 when I got pregnant with LO! I really must get around to finishing that.

Definitely the kitchen or one of the bathrooms. It is hard for me to choose. The downstairs bathroom I would like to extend and replace everything. And the upstairs bathroom I would like to replace the flooring, toilet, and sink (love the claw foot tub though). In the kitchen I like the flooring and the walls, but I don't like the countertops or the cupboards. And we could definitely use new appliances. But the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen would cost more than the upstairs bathroom, so I'll cross that one off the list. Hmmm....kitchen or bathroom...well, both need done.

But I think I would take money for the kitchen because I think even if we did extend the bathroom the kitchen would still be more expensive between counter tops, cupboards, and all new appliances.

The bathroom - it needs it the most. Kitchen ranks second-highest in priority.

Probably the kitchen since that would be the most expensive one. My house is pretty updated since we rehabbed it when we bought it in 2008. I would like to upgrade it though - 42" cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, etc.

The living/Dining room. Which is what I am re-doing now. DH gave me the green light to redo everything. My walls use to be a Dark Chocolate, which I painted myself. But, it was so dark in the house. Since the only window is the sliding glass door to the balcony. So I painted it a bright blue this week. And I have all kinds of things planned. Pinterest has become a really bad addiction of mine. I spend hours on there.

The next room on my list is the master bedroom.

Our 'master' bathroom. We haven't been able to shower in it since we moved in b/c of lousy pipes that cause it to leak into our kitchen. It's been on our 'to do' list for 3 years, but something else always comes up that has to be redone.

I rent my place, but I would choose the kitchen. I have lots of cabinets, most of which are two high for me to reach, but no counter top room and the layout doesn't make any since. It's very very very old.

I rent too, and I would pick the kitchen too. It's super old, the floors are crappy appliances are outdated, no counter space, dinky little pantry. I'd like to rip it all out!
