Tomorrow my girls have ballet, then afterwards I'm hoping to do some shopping ALONE; little things have added up that we need, etc. Gonna get out at naptime. Not sure what we're doing Sunday besides Church.

Next weekend is our Thanksgiving so I need to research some farms to go to that have a nice pumpkin patch; we went to the same farm about 3-4 times already, and I am hoping to find a different one that isn't too far.

More fundamental than religion is our basic human spirituality. We have a basic human disposition towards love, kindness and affection, irrespective of whether we have a religious framework or not. When we nurture this most basic human resource – when we set about cultivating those basic inner values which we all appreciate in others, then we start to live spiritually. - Dalai Lama

We were supposed to go to Race for the Cure this morning. Did not happen because of the sewage that backed up into our basement last night due to a clog in the sewer main. We had to pack up the kids at 11pm and head to a hotel because the house smelled so bad. Luckily we have little to nothing in the basement because the basement has had to be pretty much gutted. It has been a wild 16 hours! We will probably be staying in a hotel again tonight because it still smells really bad in here. Tonight we are going to stay in one with a pool!

We are leaving for Myrtle Beach tonight!!! DH wanted a vacation from our vacation Our trips to NY are always very busy so he wanted a few days to relax. I'm really looking forward to it, the resort we are staying at is right on the beach and has its own indoor water park!!!

Friday night was fun - I went to a high school homecoming football game! I graduated from the HS (in '95! LOL) and it was the last homecoming game ever as the school is closing at the end of the year. I'm glad I went! I saw some friends I hadn't seen since graduating, so it was really fun - and kind of sad, too...I enjoyed my HS years.

Saturday morning DH and I took the boys to a cider mill and then watched football and baseball in the afternoon.

Today - just the usual stuff of Sundays...
