We're moving next weekend. We already had childcare lined up. She's my SIL's best friend and lives right down the street from where we will be staying. She also charges $25 less per week then what we pay here. I just got a Facebook message from her saying that she has been thinking a lot lately and she doesn't think she can take on Brynlee. She said that since she just found out she is pregnant, she is not sure that she can add another child to the mix (she watches her own daughter and another little boy). She then said that she wanted to let us know today so that we have "plenty of time" to find other child care. I hardly consider this plenty of time when we are going to be packing and moving next week! Also, all of the child care centers where we are moving are WAY MORE than what we pay here!

I am so annoyed. I wrote back, "Okay." And now I've been spending my morning (AT WORK) trying to research/find alternate care. Is too much to ask that something go my way...soon???

Yeah, that's annoying! I hope you find the right place for her soon! Are you going to be working right away?

Yeah, that does suck. Check care.com and craigslist. I hope you find something soon!

Oh no! That's terrible that she put you in such a tight spot. Hopefully you can find something new fast!

Thanks to Bokkechick for my siggy.

Wow! That is really frustrating, and that isn't very much notice to research and make that kind of decision while you are also busy dealing with the move! Hope you can find something good.

Thank you Vicki for my new siggy!

That would be so annoying! She should at least try and see how 3 kids would be. I honestly don't think adding one more kid is harder unless they are infants. Toddlers pretty much entertain each other. I'm sorry Mandy. I hope you can find someone else

Thank you babydoll213 for my siggy!
