No one in my family uses one, so I can't help you out. Sorry. I hope that someone else can give you some info and that the pain in your neck goes away soon!

We bought some from Sam's Club and tried them out. My husband and I both couldn't stand them. For me it actually caused pain in my neck and my hubby was recovering from a neck injury and couldn't do it (he's better with physical therapy after a car accident). We put them in the dogs bed and he couldn't stand them, lol and slept on the floor. Now we have them being unused in the guest bedroom. I'm sure for some people it might be great...but that was just our experience. You could buy them and if you don't like them return them...I know Sams Club honors all returns. We didn't return them just because we put them in the dog's bed, lol...his bed was getting kinda flat.

I tried my sister's memory foam and sad to say it doesn't work for me. I can't sleep using that pillow.

DH and I each have one, it's a little too hard for me but DH loves it. I like it OK but I prefer my softer latex pillow.

I think it certainly. Myself and my husband both have memory foam pillows. I sleep great with them.

My sister has one and she doesn't like it, I haven't bought one for myself because of a lot of negative reviews.

It depends on pillows, though they all called memory foam pillow, but still has some differences between them. A good pillow is worth it if you find the correct fit for yourself.

Also,if you feel uncomfortable with memory foam pillow, because you are not used to it.I have a neck sickness, then got the Langria ultra plush memory foam pillow with bamboo cover, looks soft and fresh. Now I can't sleep well if without it.

I really works in my case, but i want to explain that if the material used in such mattress not that pure then i won't work efficiently.
NASA used memory foam for some materials used in their operations. Memory foam is made from "viscoelastic", because of that material it is so comfortable. As you sleep on such mattress, it molds itself according to your body shape and distributes your body weight equally for more comfort.

I like memory foam pillows, have this along with mattress.
Find I never suffered stiff neck in the morning which I sometimes get when stopping in hotels with work related stays and not using a memory foam pillow.
I am cold blooded so dont find either the mattress or pillows overly warm.
They are more cozzy firm than a conventional pillow, seem thicker, but shape to your head. Very good in IMHO.
