I got mine done when I was 2 months old. My girls were also done when they were that young and didn't have any problems with them. Jenavieve will get them done when her daddy sees fit (he is scared and this is his first child.). But I am thinking sooner than later.

I had mine done when I was weeks old, I never did my girls. I really wanted to but never had the time, with everything going on, and now I dont know if I would because it would hurt them more now.

I think little girls with ear piercing is soooooo cute! I would love to get Brinlee's done but I'm worried about a couple of things. I can't wear earrings myself... my ears are too sensitive and no matter what kind of earrings they are, they get irritated. I don't want Brinlee to have this problem. I'm also worried about the extra care/pain incase they do get infected. Thats just one more thing we would have to worry about. She doesn't mess with her ears YET (8 1/2 months old) but who knows once their is something in them. I think for now we will be waiting....

Lily's ears were done at 6 months. If this next one is a girl, I'm undecided.

All the babes in my family get them done when they are 2-3 months depending on the rules of the place. Usually, they want to see a shot record before they perice. My mom suggets waiting till the baby is on antibiotics for something before pericing(my mom is obsssed with anitbotics though lol).

I like the idea of pericing them when they're young cause then you can take care of them yourself.

I later got a 2nd hole done but I always have trouble with it. I normall don't put ring in it because what I can wear on my first hole seems to irritate the 2nd one. Any ideas, why?!? It bothers me .

I also got my cartlidge periced on both ears and it was HELL. After one year of battling it, I finally took them out.

So Crunchy
