From time to time I like to print out my journaling on cardstock and then cut them into strips to add to my layout. It's fun to have a different font and there are so many places out there that you can download them for free.

Here is one from Two Peas

Two Peas Free Fonts

Here are instructions on how to install them onto your computer.

So what you need to do - Find that pretty little DOWNLOAD button and hit it!

SAVE it to your desktop.

You will either get a folder that looks like this (this is if you are lucky) or you will get a little blue/green glove that says ZIP on it. If it says ZIP, we are going to magically transform it to the TT File (TT means True Type) by a simple step -
RIGHT CLICK on the globe
scroll down to your unzip program - most of you should have Zip Genius or WinZip and move over to EXTRACT HERE
It should take a second and then you will get the TT File.(and usually will give you a few other useless files)
You can now delete the original ZIP file and anything that doesnt have either TT, O or A on it - they will look like this- DONT DELETE THOSE JUST YET!!
You should now have all the files of the fonts you want to install. So.... let's save a little time and do a bunch of your fonts at once:
Click on one of the files and then hold down your CTRL button and continue to click on all the folders you are wanting (this should highlight a bunch at once instead of doing one at a time).
When you have selected all you want, let go of the CTRL button and RIGHT CLICK on one of the higlighted files and select CUT
Then, CLICK on your START button and scroll up and over to your CONTROL PANEL
DOUBLE CLICK on your FONTS folder
RIGHT CLICK anywhere on a white space (between the folders) and hit PASTE.

you have now installed your new fonts!!
You can go back and delete anything off of your desktop now as it is officially in your fonts!
