Do you use a craft mat when scrapbooking?

I have been eyeing up the non-stick one that Tim Holtz uses and I think I am going to go out and get one. I love that they protect your surface that you are working on.

Since I don't know what a craft mat is I'm going to assume I don't use one, lol!

Alycia I was trying to find a picture but here is a link to a description to the one Tim Holtz uses. Basically it is mat that you put on your table to protect the surface and you would work on it. You can't cut things on it but using distress inks and glimmer mists are great because it wipes right off the mat when you are done.
