At Costco yesterday, I seen this book and one for Joy of Cardmaking by Creating Keepsakes & PaperCrafts. They look really cool and I'm going to see if the library has it to check out before I buy. Has anyone else seen these? Are they any good?

I love the library for checking things like this out before I made the decision to buy them or not. Saves money and space since I don't have that much room for books in my scrap area.

I checked the Joy of Scrapbooking out from my local library last summer. It was kinda neat but I didnt get much from it. IMO it was pretty basic stuff with just a few pages here and there of info.

No - haven't heard of them. I really like that card though!! Good idea about checking them out from the library. I will have to see if my library has them.

The card one would probably be more worth your money. I find that the scrapbooking ones tend to be basic with a couple different things.

Thanks ladies! I always appreciate the feedback. I didn't have time to browse or look thru them when we were at Costco. Hope to walk over to library during lunchtime so I'm going to see if they have them there.

The internet is awesome for finding ideas...I jsut don't like to print things out...so I have to bookmark or save the picture...and then I have to hook up my laptop up in my scrappy room and sometimes I just don't wanna do that...LOL I have bought very few books, I have a couple from many years ago...before I found out how resoursefull the internet was....lol
