Do you have any traditions for your scrapbooks - maybe a specific item you collect each year, a group photo taken at a specific event, or a photo taken by the same object every year?

I have two that come to mind - Each year at the pumpkin patch we take a photo of the boys in front of a large measuring stick for their "how tall this fall photo". The second is for mother's day - DH bought me a lilac tree for my first mother's day so I try to get a photo of Caden with it each year. For this last mother's day (my first with Parker) he bought me a lilac bush to plan and I'll take a photo of Parker with that each year.

Thanks to Jaidynsmum for my adorable siggy! ~*~ Blog ~*~bfp Chart

Awww that is a very cute idea with the trees/bushes!!!

I wish that we stayed in the same place long enough to do that...but we move around too much.

We don't have any traditional photo shots....I try to take the girls photos every fall...outside in teh leaves....

Thanks to leecat for making my Awesome siggy!

Those are such cute traditions, Carrie.

We do take a pic each year of us around our wedding anniversary (Oct 14th) and I have an album that I call our anniversary album and add a page to it each year.

With Mark, I've been taking pics all along of him with this giant care bear he received as a shower gift. I figure it'll be a great page - probably titled the Shrinking Bear or something like that.

Thanks Jaidynsmum for another perfect siggy!!

No, no real traditions... just the basic- Christmas pix & such. But I take pictures with the intention of scrapbooking, and make sure I get the variety I'm looking for.

Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggie!!
