i am going to a megacrop that's all weekend...i really want to pre-plan. i am gonna have my pictures printed by tomorrow (thursday) and i want to choose layouts and titles for everything before i go. how should i do this? type up a list? i also don't want to lug more than one XXL to the crop b/c i'm pregnant...i don't want to bring stuff i'll never use. my best friends brings 3 XXL's and two rolling carts and two tackle boxes every friday night just for a regular 4 hour crop. i DO NOT want to go to those extremes even for a whole weekend. need suggestions please!

What I do is pre plan the pages I really want done. Similar to what you are doing like printing the pics, titles, and then I pull the embelishments out that I plan to use and stick the smaller stuff in a ziplock and put the papers pics and bag in one of those clear paper organizers that have the string to close them. (Like a project folder). Here is a link to what I am talking about

They will probally have some vendors there to sell paper. So in case you get through all your stuff, bring some extra pics, and pages you might pair with them, but you can always get your cardstock there. Then bring maybe a collection of your favorite chipboard or something.

I don't worry about the stuff I might use...especially tools, because more than likely someone there has something you can borrow.

And for sure if it doesn't stay in your one rolling cropper then don't bring it. I guess if you find that you really need something for a page that you left at home, you can always finish it at home.

Have fun!!! And Post pics! I am jealous I haven't been on a crop in ages!

The blinky is clickable!!

the crop i'm going to doesn't have different vendors like some crops, but it is at a store where i am a member...so it's not like i can't buy what i need there...i just don't want to buy stuff that i already have at home, you know?

yeah, i have some of those project folders i will get started on that. thanks!
