My life became hectic overnight. Work has been extrememly busy for the last few weeks since it is the beginning of a new semester. Things are just starting to slow down though so I should be able to post more. I did read some and try to post to some.

Kenzie has finally started walking!!!!!!!!!!!! This is such a huge relief to me because of her developmental delays. She is still a bit unsteady at times but can really get going. Last Tuesday she had to have an MRI of the brain done along with genetic testing to see if they can determine the cause of her developmental delays. Right now they are saying hypotonia with developmental delays. And the internet is a dangerous thing, I looked it up and this can be attributed to either cerebral palsey or muscular dystrophy. The neurologist was not concerned as much with her gross motor skills as much as her language development. Who knew low muscle tone could cause language development issues? I had no clue. Hopefully we will hear something soon about the tet results.

Melissa started 5th grade. She is growing up way too fast and it is freaking me out!!!!!!!!!!! She is already started developing and I don't recall developing that soon. She has a male teacher this year which had her a bit freaked out at first but she seems to be doing fine now. The down side is that all of her friends are in different classrooms and have different lunch and recess times but I think this will be a great opportunity to meet new people.

I haven't had any time to scrap but hopefully that will change this weekend. I just need to get some adhesive and more papers. Maybe we will hit the LSS this weekend.

Sorry this is so long. I will stop rambling now and try and catch up on all the posts.

Glad to hear from your girl!! We just had a post of those that have gone o' missing.

Happy Belated Birthday- we had a post but you may have missed it. And I was getting worried about you.

That is so hard to hear about Kenzie. I am sure you have a lot of mixed feelings....let us know what you hear. Hopefully it is all good news.

And yeah for the 5th grade...nope I don't think I developed that early. That has got to be my biggest nightmare with Hope. I just want to keep her small forever, and never let her live through her teens, or early 20's for that matter

I hope you can scrap. If not, we understand.. Just pop in every so often so we know you are okay, and to let us know about Kenzie.
