Anybody else feel like just tossing there cookies will make them feel 10000 times better??

I have yet to throw up this pregnancy just dry heaved a couple of times which is actually pretty normal for me. I have not actually thrown up in about 10 years. But the past few days I have felt soo sick and queasy espcally today. I feel like if i go stick my finger down my throat and just upchuck i will feel soooo much better. I hate throwing up though. I hate the sound of it and I hate everything that goes along with it. (it is a true phobia).

Anybody have any advice? I thought once I hit 12 weeks this would all start getting better. But for some reason it seems to be getting worse

Don't do it - it doesn't work! I hadbeen throwing up so much recently and it just makes everything feel worse. My ribcage and back are so sore now that i can't laugh, sneeze, or bend over without enormous amounts of pain.

It works for me every time! I can't stand that queasy feeling and would rather deal with the throw up grossness for a short period of time than that sick feeling. Usually all it takes is me going to the bathroom and sort of giving myself permission to throw up and I can. I don't usually have to stick my finger down my throat.

And I have been MORE sick since turning 12 weeks!! I have thrown up 5 out of the last 7 days which is more than altogether before!!

Thanks *Kiliki* for the precious siggy!

I would say don't do it... but for me once I start vomitting, it doesn't stop until I can figure out how to keep the meds down... but maybe you'd be lucky and it would go away, but I wouldn't count on it... Hope you feel better soon!
