Somebody mentioned earlier that they were having a hard time with meat and wanted some bean recipes. I made some scans of Crock-Pot bean recipes I have. Of course, some still have meat in them but I'm sure you could probably find something else to substitute it with.

i like to throw a bunch of different beans into a crockpot (kidney beans, navy beans, pinto beans, etc), then add a packet of dry ranch, a packet of taco seasoning, and some ground beef. then i like to eat it with shredded cheese and tortilla chips mmmmmmm lol

I like to just get the dry 15 bean soup mix and put it in the crock pot with a can of ro-tel or 2 (just depends on how spicy/tomatoey you like it) and cook it all day. I also like to cut up the turkey sausage that's in the big curve (lol don't know what brand). But if you use the sausage, wait til the last 20 - 30 min, to put it in because it gets a gritty consistency if you put it in too early.

Also, you can season with just bullion cubes if you don't want actual meat pieces in it.
