Only lean meat can give anyone diarrhea. Despite so many people's dislike of animal fat it makes meat more digestible.

Maybe add other fats to the meal like avocado or cheese and see if that helps.

Pregnancy does some weird things to us. There are so many foods I can't eat right now, and a lot of foods I never liked before I was pregnant. =P

If it's lunch meat, then it can contain lysteria, which will cause diahrrea. However, lysteria can also cause severe damage to a fetus. So, if you have been eating lunch meat and it is making you sick, I would call your doctor.

No i'm talking chicken breast and pork chops. I know to stay away from lunch meat while pregnant (not that I ate it before). As for adding other fats all 4 of the meals that have made me sick have had cheese with them. I will be bringing this up to my OB when I see her on the 29th.
