Is anyone else having back pain when they wake up in the morning?!?! I was told by my doctor to sleep on my side with a pillow under my belly. I am considering scrapping the idea because this morning my back is in PAIN!!!!!!! It literally feels like I have been bending over all day.

Midwife told me to sleep any way that makes me comfortable. I tired the pillow under the belly it didn't work out well at all.

What helped me actually was switching to a bigger, slightly firmer pillow under my head. It took a few days to get used to the pillow not being super soft, but I have no back pain now since it keeps my spine in better alignment.

My back is constantly hurting, especially on my right side. My OB sent me to the hospital on Friday because she thought I might be having early contractions. When I got there, they ruled that out and tested me for kidney stones but that wasn't it. They sent me home and said it was just round ligament pain.

I'm going to try a pregnancy pillow because I noticed that when I put a pillow under my side/under my back it helps. Heating pads helped a lot too.

Mine has been hurting a ton all day. I am very blessed, and usually it's not much of a problem. When I'm pregnant and nursing they get so much larger that no matter what position I'm in my upper back is hurting. =P At night it seems like I can't get my lower back to stop hurting.
