Yes, that's what my Dr has always recommended when I get pelvic pain durin pregnant. It's not directly over the baby and not on high, just med heat. He also recommends warm baths to calm Braxton Hicks. Of course this is the same Dr that told me to have a glass of wine to try to relax and stop early labor... He's sorta "old school"!

Heating pads are safe, as long as you aren't using them for long extended periods and don't use high heat, as mentioned above I used a heating pad with my last pg for back pain. And the warm bath I have been told to use for back pain as well, my doc is not old school - lol! But, they still give the same advice I used my exercise ball for BH relief too, when I was home, I seemed to have the BH a lot at work though...lol!

I was gonna suggest a smooth Merlot to help ease the cramping....but, well. :/

I'm glad everything is okay. Are you familiar with any herbals/homeopathics to help? I've used 'Carry-On' and Bachs flower essence in the past when I've experienced bleeding.
