I too am constipated. I had it from weeks 3 1/2-5 and then I was regular for 2 1/2 weeks before it started again. **** it. Prunes don't seem to help so time to pop my stool softeners. *sigh* I have about a pound of poo I need to get out! Not fun

Aww I was there ladies! Heres what I started doing to get myself on track.

I bought a box of high fiber oatmeal, I would eat at least a pack every morning for breakfast. Eat watermelon for a snack at some point during the day, I was making smoothies with frozen berries and also got some plum smart juice. A few days with those kinds of goodies and I was on the road to regularity LOL I maintain the oatmeal every morning and try to make a smoothie every day to keep up with the fruits. Good luck!!
