Yesterday I had a stomach bug and didn't eat much and tried to stay hydrated, but I didn't do so well. Last night and today my milk is almost non-existent. usually I'm in pain unless I pump and feed him in the morning, but today there's like nothing. I found a recipe online to make steel cut oatmeal, but I'm wondering what other foods help increase supply? last night I even used 4oz of pumped milk to supplement, because he was hysterical and not getting anything from me

You are just dehydrated. Drink lots of water and eat foods that you can handle with a sensitive stomach. Sorry

coconut water is a great rehydrator and some mommy's I've read on another forum think it also helps increase supply.. in your case, it wouldn't hurt at all and really help with your dehydration
