I BF and pumped for my son for about 3 months until all the dietary restrictions finally got to me (he is lactose intolerant to this day). I breastfed my daughter after birth and for a few days until she broke out in large hives and pooped blood. We found out she is allergic to milk and soy products so shes on a hypoallergenic formula. With my childrens history of allergies, im not really sure what we will be doing for this one.

My plan is to breastfeed.

I was 100% sure I would breastfeed my first and I failed miserably. I still feel guilty about it to this day so I hope I'll be able to learn from my mistakes and succeed this time.

i think alot of people in this world instill in moms heads that if you feed your child formula then you are a failure, which isnt true! i would rather feed my child formula to actually make it gain weight than have it starve bc i cant produce enough breastmilk, i hate having a baby on my boobs but love the bonding experience of a bottle, i will still breastfeed the first little bit but if i cant get enough supply then formula it is

I nursed Rebecca until she was 33 months, and Elias is still nursing, though he shows signs of quitting. We'll see if he nurses past 2 or not. This next one will be ebf as well.
