Okay I bought this huge bottle of witch hazel at walmart cause well, it was cheap and I knew it would come in handy at some point (hemmroids, or just pain PP), and I was just wondering, do you think it would be helpfult to put some in the peribottle after delivery? If so, how much?

I haven't heard of people putting in the peri bottle. That's not a bad idea. I know a lot of mama's who put it in their sitz baths.

I never did the sitz baths like I was supposed to. I get bored and its like I never have time to do it anyway!! At the hospital though, we have our PP mamas just soak their bottoms in the tub... I guess it's basically the same thing...

How much in the sitz bath (and are we talking the toilet version one?)
