I haven't had them in years and they are killing me right now....

What can I do while pregnant to help ease them?

I'm sneezing, my head hurts, my sinuses are draining, and my eyes are irritated.

My dr. put Claritin D on the "ok list of meds" I HAVE to take it because I normally take Allegra D daily when not preggo but it's not approved yet for pregnancy. Also sudaphed and benedryl are safe.

You could try a Neti Pot (distilled water only, not tap) to flush out your sinuses. I've never tried it, but the allergist recommended it for my daughter.

I have really bad allergies right now and I'm taking Claritin D. I'm not sure all doctors approve of it, but my head gets congested if I don't take it and then I end up with a sinus infection. I'm on Flonase as well.

The Neti-pot is great! I don't use distilled water though. Tap water works just fine, but I wouldn't use tap water if you have well water. I take Zyrtec when not pregnant and my doctor gave me the okay to use it during pregnancy as well. Benedryl is also on the list of okay meds, but it knocks me out so taking it makes me nervous and I can't afford to be sleepy all day from it anyway. Zyrtec works wonders for me... always has.

Claritin is the same as generic loratadine...so buy loratadine. Much cheaper. Use that with benedryl (if you can't during the day-- nights), and use a netti pot. Tylenol if you're needing pain relief from the headaches. Usually we do sudafed during the day, and ibuprofen as needed instead of tylenol to reduce sinus inflammation, but those two are no-no's for me personally during pregnancy, but I will take a sudafed every now and then if I really need it and can't get relief from anything else. Loratadine, benedryl, and tylenol are all category B drugs and considered safe. You can use them all at the same time, and a netti pot is just always safe.

Claritin D is different though-- it's loratadine and psuedoephedrine (sudafed). It's a category B, so I wonder how much sudafed's actually in it since sudafed on its own is a cat C drug. Anyhow...it may provide more relief during the day than just loratadine since it also has that in it...but I still just use plain old loratadine. If you do use it, I wouldn't use benedryl as well.
