I had my first appt on Friday and I was exactly 6 weeks.

I got a pap, an internal and a lot of bloodwork (at least 20 vials for all of the prenatal work up and genetic screening etc). Also got a referral to have an u/s at 8 weeks.

If I was there at 7 weeks I think he might have had me do the ultrasound that same day but he thought doing it at 6 would be a waste since it doesn't show a heartbeat at that point.

Good luck!

My appointment at 7 weeks was last Friday. All they did was asked some questions on my medical history, took my blood pressure, weight, then had me give a urine sample. Then my OB did a quick ultrasound to check that I really was pregnant and to measure for how far along I was. Now I go back next week, at 9 weeks, and they'll do blood work, pap, and exam. I think all places are different so it's hard to say for sure what they'll do for you.
