I've been MIA on vacation for the long weekend, so I didn't have a chance to pop in until now.

I get so worked up over every appointment because of my history of loss - but, I think I'm past the scary part! I got to hear the heartbeat finally yesterday. It was 154 Beautiful sound of course - very reassuring!

We made our appointment for our big ultrasound - it will be on the 29th of June. I'm SOOO excited!!!

Am I the last one that has to drink a ton of water before my ultrasound appointments? I think they need a new ultrasound machine

Glad the appointment went well Jenny! Yeah, sounds like they need a new u/s machine if they are still asking for a full bladder!

Congrats, I am so happy to hear you had a happy appt- that is great news!!

I have to drink a ton of water too, which is funny because my u/s is being done at the hospital, but within Washington University School of Medicine---you would think they would have up to date equipment!

Speaking of drinking water, they said to have a "full bladder"- can anyone give me an idea of how many ounces of water I should aim for?

A BIG thank you to Jaidynsmum for my awesome siggy!

I was so surprised when the appointment setter in xrays marked off the part saying to drink at least a quart of water 1 hour before scheduled time. I had to ask to double check and said I didn't need to do anything but show up. I guess things have changed since 9 years ago when I had my son.
