For about a month I've been getting nose bleeds a few times a week, which I know is normal for pregnancy. However, the last 24 hours have been horrible. I've had three MAJOR bleeds and a few smaller ones. When I say major, I mean it takes me at least a half our to stop, and it's like blood is gushing out. Last night as I was falling asleep I got one, and it was bad. Not only was it coming out my nose, it was gushing down my throat (even with my head tipped forward). Of course, this has just done wonders for my lingering m/s and today I've been so sick. It's also given me a bad headache and sinus pain. I know how to stop them once they start, but does anybody have any tips for preventing them or at least making them not as bad? I use a saline spray so it's not dry up there, so that's not a problem for me. Anybody in the same boat?

I've had those my entire life. I don't really have any advice, just keep using the spray.

If they continue to be major, you should call the Dr and see what they can do.

Praying that you are able to keep them away!

God that is terrible! And on top of the MS is just unfair! I'm sorry I don't have any suggestions. I dealt with it as a child and it would just pour out and down my throat when trying to sleep. It's miserable and I hope it goes away soon.
