I have no experience with them but am getting one asap. Even being on mostly bed rest, I just die when I get up. She is sooooo low and just in a bad position most of the time I spose where it makes my sciatic nerve light on fire.

Thanks kiliki for my siggie!

Both of mine are on my hips/pelvic area and the belt I got just made my back hurt worse. I was told when I got it the amount it helps with pain depends on where the pain is and what position baby is in. Hope you girls find something that works

thank you bokkechick for my wonderful siggy

I'll have to do some looking into one of these belts because the massage didnt do me any good Sciatica way.

Last night afterwards it was probably worse than ever. My left leg was numb and tingly almost all night, even made it hard to get to sleep.
Today just the same. I just cant do much at work to change positions. Sitting with a heating pad on my back on and off and that helps some but still its not getting much better.

Thank you for the amazing siggy *Kiliki*

I did sit on my excersie ball today while at work (need one at home) and it did help my back feel better. Didnt take all the pain away but helped loosen my hips. I just kept rolling around all day

I've used one for a couple pregnancies but don't have sciatic pain. It only helped minimally in rearranging the weight but I suppose it would be different for each person. Definately worth trying it out I would think. Hope you can get some relief!

I have no experience with this but I hope you are feeling better soon! My MIL has had sciatica in her leg before and was in tears. I know it can be painful.
