I ask because Michaela really doesn't seem to like her little routine at home being disrupted.

She was very upset just about having to go to clinic on Monday to be weighed, and she gets very cranky when we try and take her out somewhere nice.

Just not ready maybe...but when will she be? I think we were taking Daniel out and about by this age and he always enjoyed it.

Sarah doesn't mind going out of the house. We don't have a set routine, except for Audrey's school hours so a random trip here and there doesn't seem to bother Sarah. I think she's getting better with the car rides and enjoys the stimulation of seeing new things.

Ditto to Melanie, we don't have a schedule, and he seems very interested in things. I had him sitting facing forward in his stroller at the mall yesterday and it was the most amazing experience for him...he is such a little people watcher!

Until very recently, we could not go anywhere unless she was sleeping. Now that Pippa can sit up, she is able to sit at the table at restaurants with us. She isn't overly fond of shopping unless I hold her in my arms- and not in a sling or wrap. She doesn't like being restrained in any way- not the stroller, car seat, or anything else. She's only happy if I am holding her.

He loves getting out of the house. I actually think he gets bored around here.

He used to hate his car seat but now he's fine with it. And he loves being put in the sling or mei tai so he can look around and flirt with people as we walk around.

We go out a lot. We're part of a local mommy group so I think that helps. There are days where I'll actually load Caroline up and take her out just so she'll nap. She's a sleep terrorist and seems to enjoy staying awake all day. This gets me some mommy time.

She loves getting out of the house. I've always taken my babies out and about like I normally do from the start, and both of my girls have always loooved getting out if the house. Both girls will behave better if I take them out then if we sit at home all day every day.

He likes being out and seeing things and people. He still doesn't like being restrained that much.

Hannah likes being out and about, the only thing that seems to bother her is car rides that last longer than an hour.

I've always taken tuckr with me everywhere. He has learned to adapt and I've never had a problem. My mom always told me "where you take them is where you can take them" I love by that.
