Daylight Saving Time – Messing with child sleep since 1918 | Sleeperific

Came across this in my research travels tonight and figured I'd share it. Cam is an early riser so hoping that this is an easy transition for us!

Abby has been wanting to go to bed at 6:30 and get up 5:30-6 so I think I'll keep her the same (7:30-6:30) and enjoy my hour. DH will like having more evening time w/ her too.

Thanks Lucy S for my siggy

I'm curious how this will affect Pippa. She likes to do her nursing marathon as soon as I get home and it's dark. I'm curious if she will just stay up longer once it's daylight longer. God help me if that's true.
