Finn was having a hard time ...hehehe trying to poop today. Poor baby hasn't been constipated ever.
What do you do to to help give baby some relief? This hasn't happened before.

I had this once. I gently rubbed his tummy in a circle, sat him in a warm bath with a wash cloth on his tummy and kept it warm and wet for a while, sat him in his jumperoo to jump around for a bit and made sure I gave him some prunes so that it would keep moving once started. It worked for us that same night.

Hope he gets it all out soon. Poor little guy

Prunes. Belly rubs. Bicycle kicks.

But just because he was having a hard time going doesn't mean he's consitapted. If it is still soft when it comes out - He isn't constipated. If it comes out hard and dry like, then he is. We had this issue with Adalyn while on vacation.

A warm bath can help, drinking plenty of pre-boiled cooled water, or pre-boiled cooled water with a splash of OJ if it really hasn't shifted after a few days.

Whenever Noah is having a hard time pooping i put cream on his bum - get right up in there -works every-time.

Just to clarify i don't shove my finger IN his bum, just cream the immediate area lol
