I'm pretty sure Jamison is having bad dreams Anybody else experiencing this yet with their LO's? He will cry out in his sleep like he is scared, and then will whimper and calm down if I put a hand on his back.

Not lately, but Sean has done that before. Poor babies. What are nightmares for babies anyways? Not getting the boob/bottle at all?

Not super often, but yes... the other day, he whimpered in his sleep for 30mins... Like, the sniffling type, ya know? Samuel started having nightmares around 12months or so... and then it turned into baaaad night terrors by 2yrs old. He still gets them once in a while if he's overly tired, so I'm gonna try to avoid that as much as possible with Elijah.
Samuel Francisco (11/24/08, 8lbs2oz, 21in)
Elijah Spencer (10/28/12, 8lbs11oz, 20.5in)

Elijah will whimper every now and then, so I just pat him and soothe him with my voice. It works, and he seems fine after that.

Alexandra was just making the little whimpering noise, but didn't seem distraught at all.

She did that once about a month ago and cried in her sleep. It was the oddest thing and nearly broke my heart. I rubbed her back and kissed her and she went right out of the crying thing and seemed to sleep peacefully. It just broke my heart.
