The last time, my number one pregnancy symptom was fatigue. I was so tired that I used to fall asleep at the dining room table.

It's looking like this time, fatigue is going to get me again. I'm so exhausted. No, I mean, I'm soooooooooooo exhausted. We spent the day at the zoo yesterday and I was almost in tears. Between running errands this morning and an outside afternoon birthday party, I'm spent. I can't wait for bedtime. I'm sleeping pretty much through the night (maybe getting up once to go to the bathroom) but I'm exhausted when I get up in the morning.

Hey, I'll take excessive fatigue over morning sickness any day, but I forgot how hard getting through the day was. Come on second trimester energy surge!!!!!
Thank you JAIDYNSMUM for my adorable new siggy!

That was how I knew something was up, I'm so tired that I'm struggling to keep my eyes open even now. And as a previous night owl, this is a huge change!

I'm feeling the same.
I have wicked insomnia, almost since the day I got my BFP. And I think that's why I'm soooooooo tired. I keep waking every few hours, AND then it takes me what feels like another hours to fall back asleep. I have such broken sleep now. It's like my body is prepping me to get up every few hours with a newborn or something!

I most definitely relate! But I have no kids yet, so I can rest more. I can only imagine how much more tiring it is with kids you have to take care of!

I love napping, but ever since school started (I'm a teacher) I have had incredible energy and haven't been able to sleep much. Until the last 4 days. Now I can't get enough sleep. I haven't felt this tired in I don't know HOW long.
Thanks Kiliki for the siggy!

I haven't felt that all-day exhaustion creep over me yet, but I have taken a nap everyday for the last 3 days. I have crazy insomnia as it is...I'm looking forward to the exhaustion so I can get some sleep!

I am just the opposite, for some odd reason I can't sleep much at night anymore...maybe baby is preparing me super early! lol.

Maybe you can take a quick nap sometime during the day to help you get through?

LOL -- I never get to take naps! DD dropped her nap at the beginning of the summer and there's no way she'll let me sleep for a couple of hours. Plus, during the school week, I couldn't nap anyway.
Thank you JAIDYNSMUM for my adorable new siggy!
