I'm currently in my 5th week of pregnancy. Just found out last week. I don't have many symptoms but I'm so tired all the time. I would sleep all day if u could! I need some ideas on how to boost my energy. I'm not a big coffee drinker and I don't want to over do it with coffee either. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Going for a brisk walk, moving around quickly for a short period of time, and other exercise helps me. It sounds strange (if you are feeling fatigued why would you want to move more?) but getting everything going really does help me to have more energy throughout the day.

SLEEP. I've been going to bed no later than 9. One night I went to bed at 7:30. Thankfully, DH has been taking up the slack. I've been having a hard time sleeping past 6:30am so I've really been trying to listen to my body and go to sleep early at night.

Sometimes I'll have a bit of juice to get some sugar in me. Some protein might help too. As for me, I just spent an hour at the grocery store and am exhausted!!!!!

Hope you get some energy soon!
Thank you JAIDYNSMUM for my adorable new siggy!
