We have our 4th Bradley class tonight. We took Bradley with our first, a more generic class called birthing essentials with our second, and are back to Brandley with #3. Honestly I do not think I really need a lot of information at this point, but I always found it valuable being around other pregnant couples. Is anyone else taking anything?

I will take the birthing class my Dr's office offers. Not sure when yet, but I do plan on it since this will be my first.

Do you like the Bradley classes? I have a friend that wants to take them. She's moving up here in a month so I need to see if they're offered here but I am curious if you find the information beneficial. They'll be first time parents.

We took it when I was pregnant with my first and I thought from an educational stand point it was great. It is usually 12 weeks with one 3 hour class a week so a lot of class time compared with others and take you through: nutrition, exercise, technical stuff, labor, delivery, and post partem. It is very focus on father involvement so I think it is really good for first time dads because it gives them a very clear role.
