We are all nearing the end of our first trimesters! I know we haven't kept up our belly bump thread very well in this DDC, but I can personally say that while I don't feel I'm showing very much, I could NOT for the life of me, sleep on my back last night!

I'm normally a back sleeper, and when I'm on my side it's my right side. Back sleeping was just straight-up miserable last night, and right side sleeping wasn't much better. Then I switched to left side and it was like angels were singing on my pillow.

What gives?

Anyone else experiencing sleep issues??

I sleep on my side normally so I haven't been having trouble with positions. I am having trouble with insomnia at night and exhaustion during the day. That is frustrating!

It is the worst! I am a belly sleeper but had to stop because of my poor boobs. I am trying to side sleep but I wake up like 30x a night to reposition myself. Eek!

I'm still sleeping pretty well for now. I have read that sleeping on your left side is ideal though, so that's interesting that it felt so much better for you!

Insomnia, nausea, thirst and the need to pee are keeping me up at night, none of the sleep positions help! I am a mess!
