I've been getting calf cramps all the time! Sooo annoying and painful!

definitely up your potassium. My calf cramps have been horrible!!!!

I used to get calf cramps a lot early in the morning. I found out it was from stretching with my toes pointed away from me. So if you're doing that, make sure to keep your toes pointed up toward your head when you stretch.

Yep! Doc told me it's a lack of potassium. I take an potassium pill along with my prenatal and DHA everyday. This is the first pregnancy I haven't had them so far. *knock on wood*
