I absolutely LOVE this dip, and it is easy to make and great for cook-outs, etc.

In a pie pan put refried beans on the bottom (you can just get them in the can). Then, make a layer of cheese (I use cheddar). Then a layer of olives and diced tomatos. Next a layer of sour cream, then guacamole, and then top it off with salsa! It is DELICIOUS.

I think these are the amounts of everything ...

16 oz. refried beans
1 cup cheese
1 can of olives (I use black)
1 cup of diced tomatos
1 cup of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole

These measurements aren't exact, but you can just kinda guess and check too

I make this all the time too - but without the guacamole and olives.

What I do is mix black refried beans with regular (El Rio makes an awesome one). I mix salsa in with the beans, layer on the cheese, sour cream, and then top it off with green onions. My FAVORITE snack. Yeah, okay, sometimes I have it for dinner and lunch too. I can't get enough of it.
