If it is any consolation I have heard it is a good thing for baby to get hiccups!

My little girl got the hiccups for like 20 minutes straight last night!
I am cursed with hiccups: I get them all the time, they're pretty painful, and if I get them once in the day I'll get them more.
I just imagine they aren't as uncomfortable to get them in there as it is out here...that's what I'm going with anyways

And I've also heard it's a sign of a nice healthy baby! And some speculation on it shows their lungs are developing well.

My kid gets hiccups all the time. I'm gonna go with at least once a day...although he hasn't had any in the past couple of days, but yeah...

He had them when I was being monitored and the nurse was going to give me some water...so maybe it helps the babies too? IDK...

Aww, cute! I don't think hiccups feel the same to babies in utero as they do us, if it's any consolation too.

Thank you Jaidynsmum for the siggy!
